Selena Gomez, an actress and a singer with a huge following worldwide. One of the projects she has participated in that has had the greatest successful was the Disney series he Wizards of Waverly Place. Selena Marie Gomez's full name is Selena Marie Gomez. Her full name is Selena Marie. Amanda Cornett & Ricardo Gomez. Her mother was only sixteen at the time Selena was born. In the year 2009, Selena was cast in her first film in show business, playing Gianna as Barney and her Friends. Through this she became one of the thousands of children who have enjoyed the chance to get involved with the anthromorphic dinosaur which has grown to become popular in the past. Selena was a part of the cast for a number of seasons, including season 7 and 8 between 2001 to 2003. Fun fact: Demi Lovato, who was part of Barney's Friends during that time also, was a co-star with Selena. After leaving the series Selena Gomez auditioned for several roles on other shows and movies, but she was not particularly successful. Following the end of the show, Selena auditioned for a variety of roles in different programs and films but was not very successful. She also was given the role in the role of Emily Grace Garcia in the 2007 Brain Zapped program for which she composed a tune.
